To develop socially, children need to take part in Group Preschool Games which include:
Dressing up and taking part in role play. If children are able to dress up in different costumes they can pretend to be different characters. They can act out scenes decide what everyone should do and play together in this way.
This also develops language skills as they talk to each other about what is going to happen and also uses their imaginations as they think of the actions they are going to perform.
Some children like to dress up as superheroes, pirates, princesses or simply play mums and dads.
