When Ofsted or prospective parents come to visit your home, they want to see a quality service at work. But what does this mean and what does it look like?
Here is a checklist of all the things that show you provide a quality service:
– Your home is clean, safe and a happy environment for the children you look after
– You are professional
– You are happy and well
– You are well trained
– You are well organised
– You have a support structure to lean on
– Your mindees are developing well and progressing
– You have go relations with the parents
– Your business is growing or doing well
– You are in control of your business
– You have a good work-life balance (you have a smile on your face and do not look harrassed)
