Most kids love pizza and what better way to get the energy giving carbohydrates, protein from the meat and veg, not forgetting all the vitamins.

By letting kids create their own pizza, you not only get them to make a nutritional meal, but they get to try out new toppings too.

You can buy ready made bases or make them yourself. If you make the base yourself – or the kids do, make different shaped bases who said they had to be round?

They can be small individual pizzas with customised toppings or a large pizza with a variety of toppings on different sections – so have fun!
