Bugs

This month’s theme is bugs and there should be plenty around for your little ones to explore, (where you are). However, make sure your little ones are well protected from any strong rays of sun that come through – especially at midday. Cover them with lashings of sun cream even if the sun is not bright. This will protect them from the sun’s UV light which can’t be seen, but are just as harmful.

Insect repellent may also be a good idea, to stop them getting any bites.
