Tuna Salad

Ingredients

Carrot

Red peppers

Cucumber

Rocket leaves

Iceberg lettuce

Tuna flakes

Boiled egg

Mayonnaise /dressing

Salt and pepper

Chopped chives

Method

Chop up some salad vegetables of your choice, including: sliced carrots, pepper sticks, rocket leaves, cucumber slices, iceberg lettuce and add to it flakes of tuna and slices of boiled egg. to make a tuna power salad. Sprinkle on some salt and chopped chives.

Add a dressing of your choice or a dolop of mayonannaise.
